Land in Northumberland to son William and if dies without issue
to my sons John, Abraham, Joseph and Jeremiah;
to son Abraham land in Ragged Point and 100 acres in Horn Point;
to son John lands where Thomas Merchant and John Kersey live
with 300 acres of land adjoining my old mill upon Blices Run;
son Joseph 200 acres adjoininig Johns land;
to son Jeremiah plantation I live on;
to daughter Jane Joyce Self land where Richard Organ lived which
land was purchased by me of Thomas Watson, also land adjoining
Middletons and Mr. Samuel Rusts mill branch; also 66 acres where
Susanna Moon liveth;
to daughter Susanna Garner lands adjoining Colonel Richard Lee,
Robert Smith, John Jenkins, Waddy Cox and Selfs;
to son William 500 acres of land in Stafford;
to son Abraham 180 acres in Forest of Nominy; legacy due from
Jane Joyce or Steadam, grandmother to Abraham Garner and Jane
Joyce Self is £10 Sterling; wife one-tenth of estate; son
William exr; my wife my negro woman Cate if she marry."
