William and Sarah deeded land to Peter Daniel in 1763 Deeds. We have been unable to identify this Peter and it is possible that this William and Peter are in the Middlesex Daniel Family? ([email protected])

William Daniel, Jr. and Thomas Daniel presented his will in court on July10, 1765. (Caroline Co., VA Order Book 1764-65, pg. 325) Applying this court order to William Sr., may be questionable since his son Thomas died in 1738. The Thomas Daniel mentioned here would have been a grandson. Either Thomas Daniel Jr., or Thomas, the son of William, Jr. would have presented the will along with his uncle or father, William Jr.

To be technically correct, William, Sr. died in 1764. Joe C. Daniel offers the following reference as proof. "1764-William Daniel, dec., William Daniel, Jr., Exec." Campbell, T. E. "Colonial Caroline",1954, pg479.)."

1672, John Russell was imported to Middlesex Co., VA by William Daniel. William Daniel was grandson of Luke Billington, will dated Nov. 13, 1671, Parish of Farnham, Rappahannock Co., VA, which became Richmond Co. ---- Dr. John Russell, b. abt 1646 [?], m. Sept. 11, 1673 to Alicia Billington, dau. of Luke Billington.
