Will probated: 25 Sep 1786 And names his wife Mary, sons Jery, Pleasant, William, King, John and Isham. Sons John and Isham are Executors.


Executor: John was cited as an executor of Mises' estate along with Daniel. Found in Chesterfile county library. 1


Personal Property Tax Lis: 1786 Franklin, County, Virginia shows John with 10 tithes, 1 male over 21, 2 males under 21, 7 slaves over 16, 5 slaves under 16, 10 horses and 40 cattle. 1
