The following is quoted from notes written by Lois Bentley, granddaughter of Missouri and John Henry Lokey:
"John Henry Land was born December 10, 1845 in Harris County, GA. Died October 16, 1923, buried in the old part of the Vivian, LA cemetery. He married December 14, 1865 in Muscogee County, GA to Missouri Annah Winnifred Lokey born February 14, 1848 in Muscogee County, GA, died June 12, 1914, Vivian, LA. They moved from Columbus, GA to near Atlanta, TX. John Henry Land son of Jacob Land."
