The will of Peter Simmons below abstracted, is the closest I have come to find a related Simmons. Peter may be Elizabeth's father or brother. John Chappell mentioned in his estate is the husband of Joseph Harrison's daughter Nanny. They are my ancestors.

Will of Peter Simmons of St. Andrews Parish, Brunswick Co. VA, 2 Sept 1766 - 27 June 1768 - Wife Elizabeth Simmons, witness William Harrison, named in accounting, John Chappell.
No daughter named Elizabeth Harrison is mentioned.
