Jennifer Weigand-Watkinson grew up with a love of the performing arts. She competed in and won many dance competitions, and, later, succeeded in having her students win in competitions as well. She won many awards for choreography. She graduated from Ledyard High School in Ledyard, CT where she was a member of the student council and the business manager for the school magazine. She graduated from the University of the Arts in 1990. Of course, her greatest accomplishments are her children, Thomas and Theresse.
In 2000, Jennifer graduated from Three Rivers College. She worked as a dance teacher and in Early Childhood Education.
Michael and I met through his nephew Sean. Sean and I were good friends who went to high school together. Michael is the youngest of eight children. Sean's mother, Patty is the oldest and I was invited to many of the Watkinson family functions, and along the way, Michael and I fell in love.
