SOURCE:The Story of my Ancestry by Winnie Huntington Quick Born in England and was about 4 when his family came to this country. He seems to have posessed the spirit, and to have shared the fortunes of his brother Christopher. In 1660 he joins the colonists who settled Norwich, and thereforward stands among the first of that important settlement, both in church and state. He was a large land-holder , and in worldly matters an enterprising man. He was a decon of Mr. Fitch's church.
