TRINITY CEMETERY

The Trinity Church was originally on a lot bounded on the south by Franklin Street, on the west by Ninth Street and on the north by Main Street. When the city limits began to crowd past the lot, it was decided there was not enough room for the church and cemetery so the lot was sold and the bodies were moved to Riverview Cemetery. The church was rebuilt at its present location.
