Testaments Scotland until 1799 (pdf) Scotland had its own system for heritable property "land" sasines so most testaments are over "movable property" the oldest son that inherited the lands can be left out here because they inherited in the sasines (or retour of heirs) testaments often just list inventory debts credit and names of executors and witnessess
