Etta Thompson Shaffer

Etta Thompson Shaffer, 82, of Duquesne died there Monday, March 13, 1989. A
member of the First United Methodist Church in Duquesne, she was born March
21, 1906.

Widow of Charles Bruce Shaffer, she is survived by daughters, E. Jean Riley
of Liberty and Joan Petroff at home; son Glen B. in Florida; 8 grand
children; 14 greatgrandchildren and sisters, Margaret McGinnis in Tennessee
and Agnes Veatch in California. 

Services were conducted yesterday and burial was in Jefferson Memorial Park.
Arrangements were handled by Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home Inc., McKeesport.
