Obituary: Harry J. Armor Jr., 83, of 711 Edison Road, Dauphin, died
yesterday in Hershey Medical Center.

He was a retired director of claims for Pennsylvania VFW, an Army
veteran of World War II, a past president of Pittsburgh VFW Post 285, a
member of the Kiwanis Club of Bethel Park and Dauphin-Middle Paxton Fire
Company and a former member of First Lutheran Church, Pittsburgh.

Surviving are his wife, Margaret M. Armor; four sons, Harry J. III of
Harrisburg, David W. of Frackville, James P. of Millersburg and Robert
G. of East Haven, Conn.; a daughter, Margaret L. of Oberlin; two
brothers, George C. of Bethel Park and William H. of Alexandria, Va.;
two sisters, Norma E. McKenzie of Bethel Park and Dorothy M. Robinson of
San Antonio, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Geigle Funeral Home,
Susquehanna Twp. Burial with military honors will be in Indiantown Gap
National Cemetery.

Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
