George P. Beilstein, Jr.


George P. Beilstein, Jr., one of the well-known residents of Allegheny
City, died yesterday afternoon at the residence of his brother William,
Nos. 261 and 263 Ohio Street.  Mr. Beilstein kept the old Seaton House
for many years, but retired from business two or three years ago.  He
was in his  43rd year.  He was a gallant soldier during the late war.
At the time of his death, he was a member of Post 128 GAR of Twin City
Council No. 121, American Mechanics and of the Duquesne Grays."
