------ NOTES: James the seventh of nine children born to James McAdams and Sarah Fagan. The others were: Susan (1831-1872) who married John Murphy, William (1833-1865), Edwin (1835-1878), Rosanna (1838-1900) who married James Murphy Sr., Sarah (1841-1925) who married James McPike, Isabella who married Michael J. Daily, Robert (1850-1854), and Agnes who married Samuel Gallagher. James is buried in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lawrenceville, Section H with his wife Catherine Sullivan, sons Charles Vincent and Thomas Joseph and daughter Lydia.
