Funeral mass at Sacred Heart Church, Center avenue, on Wednesday morning, August 26, at 9 o'clock. Friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend. Notes: Sarah McAdams McPike was born in Pittsburgh on August 23, 1841 to James McAdams [1806 - 1862] and Sarah Fagan [1810 - 1854]. Sarah's husband was James McPike [1848 - 1902], a grocer. Their children were Harry, who married Alice Molley, Paul, who married Mary Clara Schafer, Pearl, who married John E. Murray, Agnes, Jessie, and Myra, later Mrs. Robert Emmett Donoghue. Sarah E. McPike died of bronchial pneumonia at the age of 83 years and was interred in her father's plot Lot 237F, grave #2, St. Mary's Cemetery, Lawrenceville.
