WILLIAM OSWALD  (8/11/1993)
William Phillip Oswald, 94, of Hampton Twp.  Died Wed, Aug 11 at St Barnabas
Nursing Home, Richland Twp.  He was born Sept 5, 1899 in Pittsburgh, son of
the late William and Gertrude Bouer (BAUER) Oswald.  Mr. Oswald was employed
as a carpenter for Bennet Lumber until his retirement in 1965.  He was a
veteran of World War I, having served in the US Army.
He is survived by 6 daughters, Rita Kirin, Doris Broeker, Marlene Davis and
Edna Bernett all of Allison Park, Alice Madar of Hubbard Ohio, and Elsie
Klinger of Baridford;  3 sons, William, Raymond and John, all of Allsion
Park; 33 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
Funeral services for William were held Sat. at St Catherine's of Sweden
Catholic Church in Hampton Twp, with the Rev. Father Michael McDermott
officiating.  Burial was in the Assumption of Mary Cemetery, Glenshaw.
Arrangements are under the direction of the King Funeral Home, Hampton.
