Hafia WASKO PUNOLA Mrs. Hafia WASKO PUNOLA, 86, died at 3:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 5, 1959, in her home in North street, McDonald. She was born October 12, 1872, in Packanovo, Czechoslovakia and came to the United States in 1903. She resided in Tyre until 1919, when the family moved to McDonald. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Julia BEROCHIK of McDonald, and Miss Ann PUNOLA and Miss Sophia PUNOLA of New York, N.Y.; four sons, George PUNOLA and Charles PUNOLA, both of McDonald, John PUNOLA of Primrose, and Andrew PUNOLA of the U. S. Air Force stationed in Seville, Spain; and two brothers, George WASKO of Brentwood and Andrew WASKO of Donora. There are six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday in the Pettit funeral home, McDonald, in charge of the Rev. John Shepard, pastor of Robinson's Run U. P. church, McDonald.
