Robert Raymond Dunkle Obituary
 Robert Raymond DUNKLE of SARAH street, McDonald, died Sunday, June 19, 1960
in the Veterans' hospital, Pittsburgh.
 He was born August 3, 1895, in McDonald.  Before his retirement in 1951
because of poor health, he was employed as a fireman at Pittsburgh Coke and
Chemical Co., Neville Island.
 Mr. DUNKLE, a former resident of Oakdale, was a member of the Oakdale
Presbyterian Church.  He had resided in McDonald for the past 40 years.
During World War I, he served as a corporal in the 28th Division of the
107th Field Artillery.  He was also a member of Barclay-Robinson-Phillips
Post No. 567, McDonald.
 Surviving are his wife, Mildred HEATCOTE DUNKLE; three daughters, Mrs.
Wilbert CORWIN, Mrs. Walter BISH, and Mrs. Oscar FAILR, all of McDonald; and
three brothers, Kenneth of Aspinwall, Donald of Library, and Harold of St.
Petersburg, Fla.  There are four grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in the Pettit funeral home,
McDonald, in charge of the Rev. Edward R. DE LAIR, pastor of the First
Presbyterian Church, McDonald.  Burial was in Robinson's Run cemetery.
