John LAW, 79, of R. D. 1, Imperial, died July 22, 1951, in the Mercy hospital following a brief illness. He was a resident of McDonald for 23 years, having moved to Imperial three months ago. He was a member of Pride of the West Lodge 196, IBPOE of W. Surviving are five sons, John, Walter, and Albert all of Gary, Ind., Charles, Baltimore, Md., and Andrew, Riverside, Calif.; one brother, Andrew LAW, McDonald, and a sister, Mrs. Bessie JONES, VanVoorhis. Funeral services were held in the First Baptist church, McDonald, Wednesday afternoon in charge of the Rev. C.J. WALKER. Burial was in Robinson's Run cemetery. ---- (Source: July 26, 1951 Obits.
