Jacob SNYDER

One week's illness with pneumonia terminated this morning at 6 o'clock in the death of Jacob SNYDER, 67 years old, and a highly regarded resident of Warren, Oh., for many years. Announcement of his death comes as a shock to his many friends and neighbors in the city.

Mr. Snyder was born in Sharpsburg, Pa., and spent his early life there. Thirty-three years ago he came to Warren with his family and has won many friends in the city since taking up his residence here by his upright character and genial disposition.

He was a faithful member of St. Mary's church, and was a charter member of the Knights of Columbus, Council No. 620. He was also a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Mary's church. On October 24, 1883, Mr. SNYDER was married to Miss Frances BERNER, who now survives him with four children, Mrs. A.W. McCLEERY, Mrs. N.A. WOLCOTT, E.J. and J.A. SNYDER of Warren.

For a number of years he had been retired from active work and had lived quietly at his home on Belmont St. Funeral services will be held on Monday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Mary's church, when Rev. Edward Fasnacht will officiate. Interment will take place in St. Mary's cemetery.
