Memorandum It is agreed between Sir Isaac Shard Knight and Thomas Dugdale That the said Thomas Dugdale shall seals and execute unto the said Sir Isaac Shard good and sufficient Conveyances in the Law for the Conveying unto the said Sir Isaac Shard his Heirs and Assigns All that messuage or tenement Garden and premises of him the said Thomas Dugdale scituate in Bell Alley in the parish of All Hallows London Wall now in the tenure of Henry Soames which said Conveyances shall be executed on or before the twenty fourth day of June next and that the said premises shall be then Clear of all Incumbrances Except one Lease made thereof unto Henry Soames for fifty two years with a provisoe for leaving the same at the end of one and twenty years and also Except the yearly rent of Ten Shillings payable to the Drapers Company for a window Light of the said messuage looking into the Garden of the said Company And the Sir Isaac Shard is to pay to the said Thomas Dugdale as the Consideration of the said Conveyances the Sume of Three hundred and forty five pounds upon the Executing the same and the Quarters Rent due at Lady day next is to be paid to the said Thomas Dugdale Which said messuage and premises are now left to the said Henry Soames by the Lease aforesaid for the yearly Rent of thirty pounds And the said Thomas Dugdale is to be at the Charge of the said Conveyances Witness our hands this 15th day of March 1713.
