This is the final agreement made in the Court of our Sovereign Lord the king at Westminster on the morrow of the holy Trinity in the eleventh year of the reign

of George the Second by the grace of God of great Britain France and Ireland king defender of the faith etc before John Willes Alexander Denton John Comyn

and John Fortescue Aland Justices of our Lord the king and others then and there present between John Webb gentleman and John Sympole plantiffs and Christopher Gayler

and Elizabeth his wife and Kirkland Grant and Mary his wife defendants of two hundred and twenty acres of Fen Land with the appurtenants in Wimblington and Chatteris in the

Isle of Ely Whereupon a plea of Covenant was sumoned between them in the same Court that is to say that the aforesaid Christopher and Elizabeth and Kirkland and Mary

have acknowledged the aforesaid tenements with the appurtenants to the right of him the said John Webb as those which the said John and John Sympole have of the gift of the aforesaid

Christopher and Elizabeth and Kirkland and Mary and those they have remised and quitclaimed from them the said Christopher and Elizabeth and Kirkland and Mary and their heirs to

the aforesaid John and John and the heirs of the said John Webb  the aforesaid tenements with the appurtenants agts them the said Christopher and Elizabeth and

the heirs of the said Christopher forever and further the said Kirkland and Mary have granted for them and the heirs of the said Kirkland that they will warrant to the aforesaid

John and John and the heirs of the said John Webb the aforesaid tenements with the appurtenants agts them the said Kirkland and Mary and the heirs of the said Kirkland forever and

for this acknowledgement remis and quitclaim warranties fine and agreements the said John and John have given to the aforesaid Christopher and Elizabeth and Kirkland

and Mary Two hundred and twenty pounds Sterling.
