Memorandum  August 22. 1832

 

            I have this day agreed to take the Premises No

60 London Wall late in the occupation of George Mr George at the Yearly Rent of £50 free and

clear of all Taxes and outgoings of every kind whatsoever on

Lease for 21 or 31 Years from Christmas 1832. Rent to commence

at Michaelmas 1832. Mr South on the part of Colonel Gubbins

agreeing to Insure the said Premises.
