Family History

I have divided most of this web site into four distinct categories, according to my husband's and my parents surnames. I will account for each in this section as well. To go directly to a certain family history click on the following surnames: Blaisdell, Dupre, Norton, Schaber. I am also working on military service of family members. I have started with WW2, but also hope to include other wars as well. The following family history pages are still under construction, and may be changed.

Blaisdell Family History

The Blaisdells are mostly of English descent. The Thorgesens are directly one generation removed from Denmark. You can see there stories on the Blaisdell Family history page.

Dupre Family History

The Dupres are French Canadian, and have been in the United States for some time. The Schroeders are from Germany, although the immigration date is uncertain. The account of the French migration can be seen on this page.
