| ELIZABETH FRANKLIN ORANGE (JOHN ANDERSON, BYRD, WILLIAM, LEWIS,
LOUISS ORANGE) was born August 19, 1863, and died March 12, 1943. She
married JOHN WILLIAM RUSH December 28, 1878 in Kentucky, son of
ALFORD RUSH and MARY MORGAN.
Notes for JOHN WILLIAM RUSH: Dr. Rush was the first hometown doctor in Bloomington, TX, when he arrived in 1913 only two years after Bloomington had its beginning. Dr. Rush, a medical doctor, graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN with a degree in internal medicine. He practiced medicine in Gainesville, Cook County, Texas before coming to Bloomington. He practiced until he died in his office on July 18,1933 and he is buried in the Cresent Valley Cemetery north of Bloomington. Died at age 74 Children of ELIZABETH ORANGE and JOHN RUSH are: 1.
