Last Will and Testament
of Luther Byrd Orange
Know all persons by their
presence that I L. B. Orange do
make this my last Will and Testament
hearby revoking all former Wills.
(First) It is my will and wish that
all of just debts be paid and all
expenses accruing from my last sickness,
also all necessary expenses for burial expense.
(Second) It is my will that all
of my real estate consisting of a Farm
of one Hundred Acres is to go
to my Wife Mary Orange to use
and control and enjoy during her
natural life.
(Third) It is my Will and wish
That all of my House Hold and
Kitchen Furniture of every description
Whatever it may be is to go to my said
Wife.
(Fourth) It is further my Will
that all of my Farming implements
of every description that I have on hand
at this time also Wagon Buggy one
mule one cow and a lot of Hogs
and in fact every vestige of property
that I have or may have an interest
in at the time of my death
to my Wife Mary Orange to use and
enjoy as she deems proper.
(Fifth) It is further my Will that
after the Death of my present Wife Mary
Orange that if there is any property left
after paying necessary expenses of her
last sickness and Burial expenses,
It is to go to my Grand Children heirs
of John L. Orange and be equally
divided with them.
(Sixth) I appoint my Wife Mary
Orange executor of my Will and
that she be allowed to serve with-
out-security, and that she be allowed
to sell and dispose of such
property as she deems best to pay the
expense of my last sickness.

At a County Court begun an held
in and for Butler County Kentucky
at the Court house in Morgantown
on the 12th day of February 1894
the foregoing Will of L. B. Orange
was produced to open Court and
was duly proven by the oath of
W. E. Githens and J. W. Orange two
subscribing witnesses that who also
made oath to the testamony of John
Allison the other subscribing witness
thereto, thereupon the Court ordered
that said instrument be recorded
as being fully probated, thereupon
the same and this Certificate are
duly recorded in my said office.
