[Numbers in square brackets and with grey shading are illegible in the manuscript; I have inferred them.]

CONSOLIDATED MORNING REPORT of The Ninety First Regiment of Infantry Pennsylvania Volunteers commanded by Colonel E. M. Gregory.

NOTE.--Regimental and Battalion Staff Officers, when belonging to companies, will be reported in such companies as "on detached service," and be accounted for in "Field and Staff." They will, however, be dropped from aggregate of "Present and Absent" in Field and Staff, and be accounted for in the aggregate of their respective companies.

Remarks (Alterations since last Report to be accounted for by name.)

[co.D] Patrick Ferry discharged for disability [four nearly illegible words, possibly 'Camp [something] on Feb 21/63'] [I have not been able to identify this Patrick Ferry. No Patrick Ferry is listed in the 91st in Bates. While the surname is hard to read, 'Patrick' is clear, and the surname clearly ends in a letter that goes below the line (presumably 'y'). The only Patrick's in co.D are Patrick Cohill (not on muster-out roll), Patrick Gallagher (mustered in March 1864), and Patrick O'Connor (killed at Gettysburg).]

[co.E] Privates [Stephen] Kelly and [Robert] Ellingsworth returned to duty from Ambulance Corps

[co.G] John Gould returned to duty Harry Abbott discharged for disability
March 14th /63 at U. S. Genl Hospital Rhode Island [I assume this second line is the last part of the remark about Harry Abbott]
