Charles W. Roberts Private Co. "C" Clerk in Quarter Mr. Dept Office Washington By Order of Brig. Genl. Wadsworth dated March 4th /62

Albert W. Steelman Private Co. "K" Clerk in Provost Marshals Office Washington By Order of Brig. Genl. Wadsworth dated March 8th /62 [According to Bates, Steelman was promoted to Lt, 16th VA Vols in 1862; Bates does not mention the date]
