In compliance with instruction from Brigade Hd. Qr. company commanders will ascertain if all straglers [sic] have arrived and report to these Head Quarters. It is directed that in cases where a doubt exists of ['of' appears to have been written over 'for'] the necessity for straggling that the delinquents be brought before a field Court for investigation.
