Compy commanders are hereby notified that the regular monthly inspection Commences today at 10 oclock A. M. they they [sic] will have every available man on the ranks & all absentees must be accounted for. The A. A. I. G. [sc. Acting Assistant Inspector General] will inspect the Compy Books & papers in connection with the rest.
