In Compliance with orders from 5th Corps Head Quarters of Feb. 21st 64 Prvt. John McConnell of Co "E" is hereby detailed to report to Lt Rittenhouse 5th U.S. art. at Bristow without delay. he will be borne on the rolls as on Detached Service.

A Board of Survey to consist of Capt. John F Casner Co "K" Lieut Henry Francis Co F & Lieut John S. Donnell Co "I" 91st P.V.V will convene to morrow at 9. A. M or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of investigating & reporting upon the deficiency of certain articles for which Lt. D. B. Baker Co E & Lt. John G. Brass Co B is [sic] responsible
