I have the honor to state that Lieut. Robert N. Martin and an Orderly Sergeant transferred to this command from Co. L. & M. 62nd Reg. Pa. Vols. remain unassigned.

There being no vacancy for an Orderly Sergt. I respectfully request that I may be instructed as to how the Orderly shall be disposed of without changing his grade. And how the Lieutenant shall be assigned.
