- John Robinson (E)
- The company E descriptive roll mentions the injury, but seems not to list any punishment. He was court-martialed, but for desertion, after he had injured himself. Since he injured himself at the Battle of the Wilderness, and deserted at the Battle of Spotsylvania, perhaps there was too little time to arrange any punishment.
- Louis Bender (H)
- He died by shooting himself on 20 February 1864.
- William H Crosby (G)
- He killed himself "by designedly taking an external applicaiton that was intended for another man", at General Hospital, Alexandria, Virginia, 25 November 1862.
