Medal of honor
Lieutenant Colonel Sellers named three men as deserving Medals of Honor (letter, Sellers to Bartlett, 20 December 1864):
All had shown exceptional bravery in carrying the colors on 18 June 1864.
No members of the 91st are listed in Medal of Honor Recipients 1863-1973, prepared for the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, US Senate, October 22 1973 (93rd Congress, 1st session, committe print #15) (Washington: US Government Printing Office, 1973).
Other medals
Joseph Mills (A) apparently received a medal that showed he was wounded at the Battle of Chancellorsville--at least, the Pension Office accepted a medal as proof that he was wounded then.
