91st PA--Sinex's attempt to have men returned to the regiment, 8 September 1863

Sinex's plea (1)--8 September 1863

On 8 September 1863, Joseph Sinex (then commanding the 91st PA) wrote a letter to the Brigade Adjutant General, requesting the return of 78 men. At that point, the regiment had only 222 enlisted men present, and 186 absent. Here's a list of the men, with the final result, when I know it. (I will be adding more data.) (Sinex issued another plea on 7 March 1864.)
