GEN. GREGORY TO BE RELIEVED.--
We understand from a reliable source (a letter received from an officer of the U.S. army stationed at Washington), that Bvt. Brig. Gen. Gregory is to be relieved from his position in the Freedmen's Bureau in this State, by Gen. Kiddo. We have seen the letter in question.
