On 27 January 1899, he was buried in Mt Moriah Cemetery, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Members of the Guttenberg Lodge, Number 106, International Order of Odd Fellows, were invited to the funeral. DIEVINGER [sic].--On January 24, 1899, Frederick Dievinger, aged 83 years. The relatives and friends of the family, also Guttenberg Lodge, No. 106, I.O.O.F., and the Managers of the Odd Fellows' Home, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, on Friday afternoon, at 1 o'clock, from Odd Fellows' Home, Seventeenth and Tioga streets. Interment at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
