On 11 June 1864, Susanna Leese, widow of the Mark Fogel who served in the 118th Pennsylvania, applied for a pension under the Act of 14 July 1862.
She was 19 years old.

She was living in Camden, New Jersey; her post-office address was 251 Pine Street, Camden.
Her application was approved on 17 November 1866, and she received $8 per month, retroactive to 16 May 1864.
