William Harran

Before the war

He was born in 1836/37 (3 (24 in 1861)).

During the war

He enlisted and was mustered into service in company G of the 90th Pennsylvania Infantry, commanded by Captain A J Sellers, on 17 September 1861 (1, 2, 3, 4). He was enlisted for three years, at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, by Captain McAuther (3). By mistake he was entered on the list for company G of the 91st Pennsylvania Infantry, commanded by Captain E G Sellers (2, 3, 4, 5).

He was transferred to company G of the 90th Pennsylvania Infantry (1, 2). He served in the 90th Pennsylvania Infantry under the name 'William Warren' (5).
