Elisha Allis, son of Timothy Allis and Elizabeth Clark , was born May 20,1776 in Huntington, Fairfield Co., Ct. He married Phebe Wells October 21, 1807 in Huntington, Fairfield, Ct. He died September 14, 1779 in Huntington, Fairfield Co., Ct. Phebe Wells.
