Obituary: WESTBORO - Evelyn N.B. (Pateman) Allis, 93, of Westboro, a retired bookkeeper, died yesterday in MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
Her husband, Leo Allis, died in 1968. She leaves three sons, Joe Allis of Coleman, Fla., Tom and Park Allis, both of Bradenton, Fla.; a daughter, Martha Kiely of Hopkinton; a brother, Park Pateman of Oakfield, N.Y.; nine grandchildren;
and six great-grandchildren. She was born in Blossburg, Pa., daughter of Andrew Park and Martha (Eddings) Pateman, and lived in Natick and Reston, Va., before moving here four years ago. Mrs. Allis was a member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Holliston and of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church. She was an
active volunteer with the Westboro Senior Center and the Meals on Wheels program. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 1162 Highland St., Holliston. After cremation, burial will be in Blossburg. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the church. A vigil service will be at
7 p.m. today at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 1162 Highland St., Holliston, MA 01746; or to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 3 John St., Westboro, MA 01581. Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St., Holliston, is directing arrangements.
