Fred Flythe\Gertrude Edmonds
Fred Flythe, son of Edgar L. Flythe and Isabelle L. Robinson , was born August 29,1886 in a farm near Chatfield, Orion Township, Olmstead Co., Mn. He married Gertrude Edmonds March 06, 1912. He died in December, 1978 in Sun City, Maricopa Co., az. Gertrude Edmonds. She died UNKNOWN.

Gertrude E. Flyte - A Brief History of the Aaron Flyte Family":
"His father had gone to Dakota Territory to take up land when Fred was eight months old. His mother took him and little sister Annabelle by train to Blunt at the end of the railroad. His father met them there with a team and wagon and drove to Gettysburg, about 60 miles and then another 12 miles to the little house at the top of Pembroke Hill looking down on Flyte Lake"

"He and Gertrude Edmonds moved to the john Murdy home near Tolstoy, SD circa April 1914."

He was living in Mitchell, SD in 1951 when his wife died (Daily Republic (Mitchell, SD) Aug 2, 1951, page 13)
