Mary, bap. 1749, Mch. 5; living at Salem, unm., in 1788. family tradition says she "kept house for John Byrne (or Burns), and afterwards married him," and in the Salem records is found the marriage intention, 1799, Apr. 27, of John Byrne and Mary Manning. She d. 1831, Aug. 14, at Charlestown, according to both town and family records. [ref 13:176]
