Joseph Pilsbury, born in Newbury, Mass., 16 Jan. 1694-5, was fourth in descent from William Pilsbury, who married in Dorchester, Mass., 1641, Dorothy Crosby and settled ln Newbury in 1651. Joseph married (1) Mehitable Weed, (2) Rebecca, dau. of Daniel Fogg. Pub. 19 March 1725-6. He died before 1745. Children by first marriage 1719-25: Nathan, Stephen, Abigail; by second marriage 1727-29: Joseph, Benjamin. [ref 33:664]
