She was liv. in 1732. He was not* father of Daniel sr. of Berwick, and may have been childless. [ref 22] *see next note - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - SAMUEL LIBBY, born in Scarborough, about 1674; married SARAH WELLS, daughter of John Wells of Wells. He died a young man. He lived in Portsmouth, where his widow afterward married Samuel Waterhouse. No list of his children appears; there can be little doubt, however, that Daniel was his son, and quite likely he may have had daughters also. Child: Daniel.
