He took a case from Mrs. Lucy Stileman, and in 1703 was involved in a suit with Samuel Small who ma. her son's wid. In 1728 bot 50 a. in Scarb. from Thos. Harris. Ag. �57 in Jan. 1723-4; 73 in 1739, 76 in 1742, 81 in 1748. Est. adm. 1757. Ch: Sarah, Elizabeth, John, Robert, Anne. Ordered that ye several houses be made defensible Vizt: 7th Nichol Morrell, at ye ferry. And that ye inhabitants a familys from Wm. Fry's to John Morrell Junr son of Nicho Morrell inclusively Lodge therein. He was a blacksmith, and ran the ferry which they purchased of Anthony Emery. He was a real estate dealer. Nicholas married Sarah, daughter of Adrien Fry, sometime between April 2 and Oct 1, 1695.
