Timothy, had Kit. gr. 1703. It appears he lost his farm and John Hooper and Joseph Hodsdon recov. it for him. The printed rec. naming 'Rachel' as mo. of his 1st ch. Rachel, b. 10 Apr. 1705, must be an error, as his w. Patience Stone was adm. to Ch. as P. W. 25 Apr. 1703, took adm. 4 Oct. 1731, and was liv. in Feb. 1745-6. He was thrown from his horse and killed (inquest). See 'Old Kittery' for 9 ch. and add a 10th ch. John, cordwainer, Kit., 1749. All ch. but Mary in div. 1738. Mehitabel, �60 in Jan. 1729, m. Wm. Stacy. [ref 22]
