Widow & Admx to the Estate of Jno Perry late of Cambridge aforesd Deceaced Intestate," for �33 in bills of Credit sold to "Jona Gates of sd Cambridge . . . husbandman . . . eight Acres of wood land be it more or less tying in Cambridge . . . on Cambaridge Rocks bounded with with[sic] the land of Samll Gibson and Thomas Andrews easterly and with the land of Enos Sawtell Westerly with the land of Edmund Goffe northerly and with the land of Jason Russell" southerly. The deed was not dated. The witnesses were Isaac Watson and Daniel Gookin. The deed was acknowledged at Cambridge, on 19 April, 1728, before "Jona" Remington, Justice of the peace. It was recorded the same day by Fra. Foxcroft, Register (Midd. co deeds 27:448). [ref 93:40-27]

"Mercy Perry of Cambridge . . . widow and Admx of the Estate of John Perry late of the Estate of John Perry late of Cambridge aforesaid, Husbandman Deced Intestate" for �48, 5s. "in good Bills of Credit" sold to "Ebenezer Perry of said Cambridge Cordwainer . . . by virtue of the Power . . . to her given . . . by the Superiour Court Court of Judicature . . . at Cambridge . . . on the last Tuesday in July . . . 1727 . . . a Certain Piece or Parcel of Land situate . . . in Cambridge aforesaid containing by Measure four acres and an half being the Southwesterly Part of the Homestead of the said Deceased and is bounded Easterly upon Land of the Revd Mr John whiting Southerly and Westerly upon Abraham Hill and Northeasterly upon the part of said Homestead." The deed was dated 1 March, 1830. The witnesses were John Lairance and Ruth Bowman. It was acknowledged at Cambridge, on 1 Mar, 1730, before Francis Bowman, justice of the teace, and was recorded on 6 March, 1730 by Fra. Foxcroft, Register (Midd. co deeds 30:336). [ref 93:40-27]

"I Mercy Perry of Cambridge . . . widow," for �100, sold to "James Perry of Charlestown . . . Chair-maker . . . A Certain peice or parcell of Land Situate . . . in Cambridge . . . Containing by measure four acres and an half being the Southwesterly part of the homestead of John Perry late of said Cambridge Deceased and is bounded Easterly upon the Land of the Revd Mr Rogers of Littleton Late the Land of the Revd Mr John Whiting of Concord Southerly & westerly upon Abram Hill and Northerly upon the other part of Said Homestead which peice or parcell of Land as it is herein Set forth butted & bounded or however otherwise to be and remain unto him the Said James Perry . . . Only Excepted that the Said Mercy Perry is to have the use & improvement of Said Land During her Naturall Life." The deed was dated 22 April, 1741. Mercy Perry signed by a mark. The witnesses were "Marcy Perry" and Abner Harris. The deed was acknowledged at Lexington, 19 July, 1742, before Joseph Bowman, Justice of the Peace. It was recorded 3 August, 1743, by Fra.
