John, son of John Remick and Elizabeth Ham, was a cordwainer and lived in the second parish (Eliot). Was living in 1763. He married (1) Margaret, dau. of Gabriel and Judith (Lord-Meads) Hamilton. A deed makes this certain. He was pub. 1 July 1742, to Margaret Arbuckle. John Remick may have been her second husband. He had wife Dorcas in 1763. Children: William, John, Elizabeth, Josiah.
