D. s.p., perh. at a distance, or long since dead when adm. issued to his mo. 22 Sep. 1701. He is not named in her will. [ref 22] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - WILLIAM, died about 1674*. Unm. [ref 33:312] *error - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - WILLIAM, b ca 1657; d before 8 Jan 1699, when he was not named in his mother's will (MPA 1/103); unm. He was captured by Indians in 1676, and released at Pemaquid on the Penobscot River later that year to Major Waldron's expedition to the Eastward. He and others were ransomed for twelve skins each (LND, 134). Administration on his estate was granted to his mother 22 Sept 1701 (YCP #2707).
