Moses, Berwick, one of several young men fined for fighting in May 1674. He m. Elizabeth (Freethy) Botts bef. 1 July 1679 when adm. on the Botts est. was removed from N. Masterson to him. Abs. from meeting 1685. Writ for 1/3 of 1/2 of 50 a. at Pipe Stave Hills laid out to Moses sr. in Mar. 1673-4, recites that he d. about 1693 leaving 4 ch: Isaac, Moses, Patience, Mary. [ref 22]

MOSES C3 SPENCER (Patience 2 William 1), born Berwick about 1642 (TMS), died circa 1693 (LND, 651), married before 1 July 1679 ELIZABETH (FREETHY) BOTTS. In Mar 1673/4 Moses had 50 acres at Pipe Stave Landing (LND, 651). He was a planter and lived in S Berwick. Administration on Isaac Botts estate was granted to Moses Spencer 1 July 1679 (MPC II:356). Administration on Moses Spencer's estate was not granted until 19 Apr 1720 (MPA 3/56, 154). Children, born Berwick (LND, 651): Moses, Isaac, Patience, Mary. [ref 74:23]
